Key specifications include a solid spruce top, sapele plywood sides, a solid sapele back, a mahogany neck, a rosewood fingerboard, a scale length of approximately 644 mm, a nut width of approximately 42 mm, and a slightly thicker C-shaped neck. It is equipped with Takamine’s original CT4-DX (DMP) preamp, making it versatile for both live performances and recording.

Regarding its condition, there are dents, scratches, and some tarnish on the metal parts, and it shows signs of aging and wear commensurate with its age.

There is a slight bulge on the lower left side of the bridge on the top. Additionally, the neck exhibited a very slight forward bow, along with mild twisting and a slight upward tilt; therefore, we performed a neck straightening procedure at our repair center.After adjustment, the string action at the 12th fret is approximately 3.0 mm on the 6th string side and approximately 2.2 mm on the 1st string side; there is approximately 40° of play remaining on the truss rod in the tightening direction. The frets have been leveled and show no significant unevenness; approximately 70% of the original fretting surface remains.

The electronics are functioning properly, and both the preamp and tuner can be used without any issues.

The original soft case is included.
