This is a Japanese-made acoustic guitar from “HISTORY,” an original brand developed by a domestic music store. Featuring an all-solid construction with a solid Sitka spruce top and solid African mahogany sides and back, it delivers a rich tone and excellent response. It’s a great value instrument that accommodates a wide range of playing styles, from fingerpicking to powerful strumming.

Key specifications include a solid Sitka spruce top, solid African mahogany sides and back, an African mahogany neck, a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, a scale length of approximately 645 mm, and a nut width of approximately 43 mm.

Regarding its condition, there are noticeable dents, scratches, and tarnish on the metal parts, and it shows signs of aging and wear commensurate with its age. In particular, there are several deep scratches on the left side of the soundhole, likely caused by picking, giving the instrument a distinctly well-used appearance.

There is slight warping visible on the top below the bridge.

Since the neck exhibited warping and twisting, corrective measures were performed at our repair center. Even in its current state, slight warping, twisting, and a raised edge are still visible; therefore, the string action at the 12th fret is approximately 2.8 mm on the 6th string side and approximately 1.7 mm on the 1st string side.The truss rod has been tested for movement up to 60 degrees in both directions, and the frets have been leveled; as a result, there are no significant irregularities, and the remaining fretting depth is approximately 70% of the original.

The electronics are functioning properly, and there are no issues with the output.
