We’ve just received a used, German-made Metroline in excellent condition!

Sadowsky began in 1979 when Roger Sadowsky, who had been working as a repair technician in Philadelphia, opened his own repair shop.
In the early 1980s, Roger began building instruments himself, and the brand became a favorite among New York studio musicians and renowned professional musicians.
The sound and product quality honed by professional musicians who continue to perform at the highest level have earned the brand such overwhelming support from players that it’s no exaggeration to say it stands at the pinnacle of bass brands today.

This newly arrived model is the “HP4,” which features a PB-style body—a somewhat rare shape for a brand known primarily for its JB-style models—combined with a PJ pickup configuration.
It features a Swamp Ash body paired with a Maple fingerboard.

The inclusion of PB-type pickups gives it a sound that combines the clear, modern tone characteristic of Sadowsky with a certain sense of power.

The neck and frets are in excellent condition, and the guitar is still in great shape for continued use.
Overall, there are no visible signs of wear, and it’s in near-new condition.
