We’ve just received a used Fujigen JB-type model!

The Neo Classic series stays true to traditional styling while incorporating modern elements, including its unique “Circle Fretting System (C.F.S.).”

Based on the “NNJB10RBD-01” marking in the neck pocket, this particular guitar appears to be a custom order placed by a dealer based on the catalog model NJB10RAL.

Judging by the wood grain in the neck pocket, it appears to be made of basswood.
Additionally, while this model’s tone knob typically features a push-pull switch to toggle pickup configurations, this specific unit does not have that feature.

As for its condition, there is a scratch on the body next to the neck plate accompanied by some paint peeling. While there are some minor scuffs and signs of use, the neck is in good condition and the truss rod functions properly, so it’s ready to play right away.

This instrument combines the solid craftsmanship unique to Japanese-made instruments with the ease of use of a classic Jazz Bass. It’s recommended both for those looking for their first Jazz Bass and for those seeking a main bass they can enjoy for years to come.
