A used 2003 Martin “D-28”—a classic Dreadnought model beloved by many artists—has just arrived!
Featuring a Sitka spruce top, rosewood sides and back, and an ebony fingerboard, this guitar delivers rich, resonant low-end and a brilliant high-end tone. The nut width is approximately 43 mm.
This is a pre-minor-change D-28, offering a more powerful sound compared to the current D-28 Standard. It is characterized by a straight, well-defined high-end tone.
It features the D-28’s signature sound: a brilliant, expansive tone with a unique sense of chorus.

The frets have been leveled, the nut replaced, the binding re-glued, and the neck has been straightened.
Otherwise, there are minor scratches and signs of wear throughout the body.
The saddle height is sufficient, the string action is normal, and it is in excellent condition for a 2003 model.
It comes with the original hard case.
