A 1996 "The Hawk" has arrived!
This is a rare model produced only for a brief period between 1996 and 1997. It features a compact mahogany body with a 648mm long scale, offering a unique design intended to deliver a playing feel similar to that of a Fender guitar.

It features a contoured, compact mahogany body, a mahogany neck, and a rosewood fingerboard. The neck has a moderately slim shape and a heel-less design, offering exceptional playability.

It is equipped with “490R” and “498T” pickups, respectively, delivering the powerful, edgy, modern tone characteristic of ceramic magnets.
Unlike standard Gibson models, this guitar features a long scale length comparable to Fender models, resulting in a tight, resonant sound.

Overall, there are signs of wear, such as scratches, dents, and buckle marks, and there is stand burn on the back of the neck and the body end.
Additionally, the tuners have been replaced with aftermarket Kluson-style tuners, and the strap pins have also been replaced.

The neck is in excellent condition, and the frets have about 70% of their original depth remaining.
Although there are signs of wear and some parts have been replaced, it’s still in great “player’s condition” and ready for use!
