The McCarty 594 has been highly acclaimed since its release in 2016 and is famous for being used by popular musicians such as John Mayer. The "McCarty594 Singlecut" is a different version of the "McCarty594" that was created by thoroughly pursuing the sound of a vintage Les Paul, and there are relatively few of these models in circulation.

The 594 in the model name is derived from the 24.594" scale of Paul's vintage Les Paul. The model has a "10-top" two-piece figured maple top, a solid mahogany body slightly thicker than the McCarty 594, a mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, and a traditional-looking single-cut body shape that evokes a sense of respect as a vintage enthusiast. The head is fitted with a locking "Tweaked" headstock.

The head has locking Tweaked Phase III tuners, a double-adjustable truss rod, and a "Pettern Vintage" neck shape with an asymmetrical curve that is thinner on the treble side and thicker on the bass side, and a slightly thicker neck shape than the "Pettern" neck. The neck shape is slightly thicker than the "Pettern" neck. The bridge and tailpiece are made of zinc alloy, and brass saddles are used to give the guitar a vintage look with a modern PRS essence.

The pickups are two traditional white-covered "Soap Bar" pickups with 2Vol/2Tone control.
The richer midrange and thicker sound can be used for any genre from rock to Jazz.

The condition of this guitar is very clean with only a few scratches, and the frets are about 80% full, and the truss rod is confirmed to work both tightened and loosened without any problems.
