USED FENDER JAPAN (-2015) / Shop Order Model HJG-66KC (2010–2012) 3TS [04]

We’ve received a used HJG-66KC that was originally custom-built for a domestic distributor!

Featuring a classic three-piece alder body, a maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard, this guitar is versatile enough to handle a wide range of genres. The “HJG-66” stamp is clearly visible on the neck.

It is equipped with DiMarzio pickups: a DP103 in the front and a DP100 in the rear. Both are high-output models, delivering a rich, full-bodied sound with great definition even at high gain, making it ideal for rock and heavy playing styles.

The bridge has been replaced with an ABR-1 type, and Kluson-style tuners are used, balancing classic looks with practicality. The control layout features two volume knobs and one tone knob.

The neck is in good condition, with no signs of buzzing or choking. The truss rod has been confirmed to move up to approximately 90 degrees in both directions. The frets have approximately 1.0 mm to 1.1 mm of life remaining, so the guitar is ready to play right out of the box.

The exterior shows general signs of wear, with several scratches and dents visible. There is a small crack in the finish at the neck pocket, but it does not affect the wood and does not interfere with playability.
The metal parts have a dull finish, and rust is visible on the saddle. The pickguard is stuck in place and cannot be removed.

This guitar is especially recommended for those who prioritize sound quality.
