We’ve just received a used Fender Japan ST54, manufactured by Dyna Gakki from 2002 to 2004!

Fender Japan, which unfortunately ceased production in 2015, continues to enjoy immense popularity both domestically and internationally.
This model, the “ST54-80AM,” was manufactured and released as a high-end model recreating the 1954 Stratocaster.
The body is made of lightweight ash, while the neck and fingerboard are made of maple, featuring a 4-point detachable set neck.
True to the ’54 model, the neck shape features a Soft V profile.

Although it was originally equipped with USA-made “AMERICAN ’50s” pickups, this guitar has been upgraded with “Raw Vintage RV-6264 (N)(B)” pickups in the neck and bridge positions, and a “SEYMOUR DUNCAN SSL-1 VINTAGE STAGGERED STRAT” pickup in the middle position.

There is slight scalloping between the 10th and 21st frets, and there are signs that the finish on the fingerboard surface was stripped and refinished.
Overall, there are scratches, dents, discoloration of parts, sun fading, and cracks due to use and age; however, approximately 70% of the frets remain, and we have confirmed that the truss rod turns 60 degrees in both directions, so it is in good working condition.
