We’ve just received a used 2011 limited-edition Closet Classic Aged Telecaster Pro!

This limited-production model features a body crafted from 100-year-old pine. In addition to the lightweight, easy-to-handle characteristics typical of pine, the high density resulting from 100 years of growth gives it a crisp yet dry tone.
The neck features a thick, substantial early-’50s C-shape profile, ensuring the overall sound isn’t biased toward the high end and achieving excellent balance.
It features thick, high “Jim Dunlop 6100” frets, with a 22-fret neck joint and a 9.5-inch radius fingerboard.

It is equipped with “Custom Shop Twisted Tele Pickups,” which combine the sparkle of a Stratocaster with hot output.
Controls include a Master Volume, Master Tone, and 3-way selector switch.

The finish is black, featuring a “Closet Classic” finish with light weather checking and dents that recreate the character of a vintage guitar that has been stored in a hard case for a long time.

There are scratches and dents from use, and the finish is chipped in several places, such as near the neck pocket and on the top of the body.
Approximately 70% of the frets remain. Currently, the neck has a slight forward bow and plays without any muting issues, but there is very little room left to loosen the truss rod.
