The 1958 Les Paul Standard Chambered Body is famous for being played by one of Japan’s leading big band guitarists
The slightly faded finish gives it a distinctive character.
While standard 1958 Les Pauls typically feature a plain maple top, this model uses Lightly Figured Maple selected by the Gibson Custom Shop in Nashville.

The body back is a chambered, one-piece mahogany.
It’s also lightweight, weighing just 3.35 kg
The combination of the carefully selected flame-figured maple top and the chambered mahogany back results in a guitar with a rich variety of tones, ranging from a full-bodied sound to a crisp, clean tone.

The neck is a one-piece mahogany, shaped with the slightly thicker, solid profile characteristic of the ’58 Les Paul.

The hardware is nickel.
Control knobs are gold top hats
It is equipped with two Custombucker ALIII pickups
The vintage-like tone, combined with the airy quality of the chambered body, delivers a high-quality sound with excellent projection.

As this is a used item, there are some scratches and minor dents, but it is in relatively good condition.
The neck is currently straight
