We've just received a used YAMAHA SA2200 Vintage Sunburst!

Designed to highlight the natural resonance of the wood and showcase its beautiful grain.

With a block positioned at the center of the body, it combines the mild sound of a semi-hollow body with excellent responsiveness.
Additionally, both the front and rear pickups are equipped with the Bi-Sound System.
Simply pulling up the respective tone knobs allows you to switch between humbucker and single-coil modes, offering a total of eight diverse tones to suit a wide range of musical genres.

Beautifully flamed top and back woods paired with gold hardware. A “Made in Japan” instrument that showcases Yamaha’s traditional guitar-making craftsmanship.

As guitarists, you likely know that “breaking in” a guitar is important. It is said that playing the guitar regularly improves its tone. This is because the stress that occurs between the neck and fingerboard, between the wood and the finish, and between the wood and the hardware is alleviated through playing, allowing the components to settle and resonate as a unified whole.
* I.R.A. (Initial Response Acceleration) is a technique that applies vibrations specific to the guitar to a finished instrument, thereby relieving stress between the finish and the wood. Applying this treatment brings the guitar to a condition similar to that of a well-played instrument.

It appears this instrument has not been played since the previous owner purchased it; it remains in excellent condition with no playwear, and we have confirmed that the truss rod rotates 60 degrees in both directions.
