A 2010 Gibson Memphis / ES-339 Fat Neck Cherry Red has arrived in stock.

Based on the “ES-339”—a direct downsizing of the ES-335, the quintessential semi-hollow body guitar—this “Fat Neck” model features a neck shape that is thicker than the standard version.

Thanks to its tapered design, the neck doesn’t feel overly thick in the lower positions, but from around the 5th fret up through the higher positions, it features a substantial, thick profile.

It’s equipped with “57 Classic” pickups, which pair exceptionally well with solid-body guitars.
They combine a sweet, warm tone with the airy quality typical of hollow-body guitars, making them suitable for a wide range of genres.

The finish has some minor scuffs and scratches, but there are no noticeable defects at first glance.
The truss rod is tightened slightly, but there is still some play, and the neck is in good condition.
The frets show almost no wear, and the electronics are in good working order, making this a guitar in excellent playing condition.
