We have received a used Fender USA “American Special Mustang.”

This popular model from the American Special series combines the heritage of the traditional Mustang with modern features.

It features an alder body, a maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard. The combination of a 9.5-inch radius and jumbo frets ensures comfortable playability, from chord playing to technical lead work. The moderate string tension characteristic of a short scale, along with the easy-to-grip neck shape, delivers exceptional playability.

It is equipped with two Atomic Humbucking Pickups. Its appeal lies in a powerful, full-bodied sound that sets it apart from traditional Mustangs. Furthermore, the push/pull function on the volume knob allows for coil selection, enabling a wide range of tones—from humbucker sounds to single-coil-like tones. This is a guitar that excels not only in rock and alternative but also across a variety of genres.

The guitar is in excellent condition, with approximately 90% of the frets remaining. It shows minimal signs of use, with almost no fret wear visible. The neck is also in good condition, with no playing issues such as buzzing or muting. The truss rod has been tested up to 60 degrees in both directions, leaving plenty of room for future adjustments. While there are slight signs of use, some scratches, and minor dents on the exterior, the guitar maintains a clean overall appearance.
