USED TOKAI / 1983 LS-60 Love Rock Ebony [05]

A rare Japanese vintage Tokai LS-60 Love Rock made in 1983 is now in stock!

Tokai LS-60 Love Rock is a LP type made by Tokai Gakki, which boasted a high degree of perfection outstanding among the many copy models of the original in the 1970s.

The high degree of perfection and the reasonable price range at the time attracted many guitarists.
The existence of these models led to the birth of the O brand, which was later developed by the original family as a domestically produced LP.

The serial number of the guitar reflects that it was produced in 1983, and there is a "60" sticker on the back of the ned that indicates the model number at that time.
The LS series has been renamed in various ways, but this one is labeled "Love Rock.

Maple top/mahogany back body, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard.

The pickups are the original TOKAI 57 P.A.F Model.
Pots and other electrical parts remain as original.

The paint on the back of the body near the end strap has been touched up extensively.
There are also some other signs of light touch-ups, but the color inside the cavity indicates that it was originally ebony, not refinished.

The neck was twisted when it first came in, so it was refretted and the nut was replaced at a professional repair shop, including fretboard adjustment, and is now in good condition for many years of use.

The guitar has a dignified look with many signs of having survived 40 years, such as scratches, dents, parts, burn marks on the binding, and cloudy paint.
