The adjustable saddle is synonymous with Gibson acoustics of the 1960s, the cherry red color that was produced as a custom color in the late 1960s, and the white large pickguard that greatly affects the look of the J-45. The J-45 is a J-45 with a bright red pickguard.

The cherry red color of the J-45, which is a bright red color, was positioned as a custom-order coloring at the time, so the cherry red color of the J-45 at that time was not an easy specification to obtain. This particular model has been discolored over time, and has achieved a vintage-like appearance.

The large pickguard, which was adopted from the 50's, was changed to a thicker one in the mid-60's, and the famous "Gibson logo" was put on it, but this model has a white large pickguard without the logo.

The upper belly bridge and the ceramic adjustable saddle, which were used in the 50's, give off a lively and well-balanced light sound with just the right amount of crispness, and the narrow neck with a nut width of about 40mm allows you to fully enjoy playing chord strokes. The sound has been finished to allow you to fully enjoy playing with chord strokes.

This guitar has had the body top crack fixed (patch fixed), bridge re-glued, saddle replaced, frets replaced, and fingerboard fixed. There is a possibility that refinishing has been done due to the degree of weather checking that has occurred on each surface of the body.
The cracks on the top have been patched from the back of the body between the 6th string side of the sound hole and the binding, and at the center of the body under the bridge, so you can enjoy playing without any problems. The neck is in good condition and playability is excellent.

This is one of the most popular vintage Gibson J-45s in "Cherry Red" color.
