USED Fender Custom Shop / 1964 Jazz Bass NOS 2009 [05]

Fender's top-of-the-line Custom Shop Jazz Bass is in stock.

It has a two-piece alder body, quarter-sawn maple neck, and rounded rosewood fingerboard.

The bass sound is smart with a solid tension feel, yet has an appealing core. It is equipped with reverse-wound pegs and spiral saddles, and pickup/bridge covers are also included to give it the atmosphere of the era.

It beautifully reproduces the character of 64-65, which gave it the strongest middle and low of all previous Jazz basses, and is a rare example that can respond to any genre of music. This is a gem that combines looks, playability, and sound perfectly.

There is a small ding on the end of the body and other scratches, but it is in relatively clean condition with little signs of use. The truss rod has plenty of room to spare, and the frets are in good playing condition with almost no fret loss.
