USED National / Style2 Custom [05]

We are pleased to announce the arrival of a National Guitar Style 2 Tricone Custom made in 2017.
The "National" is famous for its resonator guitars with metal bodies, which were designed to be as loud as other loud instruments in band ensembles.

This guitar is one of the rare custom-ordered "National Custom" guitars available in Japan. The vivid carvings on the entire body and the tetragon inlays on the fingerboard are not included in the general specifications, and are the result of the previous owner's obsession with the instrument.

The inside of the body is equipped with "three cones (Tricone)," which are resonance parts. Compared to a single cone, the resonance of each of the three cones gives a complex and shaky resonance and depth, and is characterized by its massive and moist sound.

The cutaway allows for stress-free playing up to the high position, and the slide technique allows the player to enjoy the high-pitched resonator tone that is heard in the high position.

The neck is a gentle thin V-shape with a nut width of approximately 46 mm. This modern neck shape is comfortable to hold in the hand when switching from a solid guitar or other acoustic guitar.

There is some metal tarnish on the body, but this is to be expected with a guitar with a metal body. Considering the age of the guitar, it is in very good condition, and you will be able to enjoy the beauty that only a Custom can offer.
