We are pleased to announce the arrival of a 2015 Fender Custom Shop Ancho Poblano Stratocaster with pickups made by Josefina Campos.

This model has a very thick neck like a Nocaster with a stately brick!

Body
Alder body in 2-tone sunburst with thin lacquer paint and realistic relics.
The black pickguard blends in well with the body, giving it an old style appearance.

Neck Material
Solid quarter-sawn 1-piece maple neck.
The tight grain of the maple neck is unique to the Custom Shop.

Neck Shape
1951 "U" shape, similar to the Nocaster, is used for the extra-thick neck shape, which is often referred to as "a neck with a good grip".
It is often misunderstood that this grip is easy to play regardless of the size of the hand, so that each finger can naturally finger the guitar without exerting excessive force.
Even if you are not comfortable with it at first, you will soon get used to it as you continue to play.

Pickups
Ancho Poblano pickups by Josefina Campos.
Alnico 3 magnets and foam bar wires are used for the neck and middle position, and Alnico 5 magnets and enamel wires are used for the bridge position with a flat polepiece.
The center PU is RWRP spec, and the tone of the rear PU can be controlled independently.

Condition
The neck has almost no dents, which suggests that the guitar has been handled with care.
There are plenty of frets left, the truss rod has plenty of room, and there is almost no warping, so the condition is very good.

The handwound pickups made by Josefina Campos are getting more and more popular every year, and the price is getting higher and higher. The same brand of pickups can have a softer sound with a more vintage feel when handwound by Josefina Campos. There are very few guitars with this pickup, so if you are looking for a Custom Shop Stratocaster, please consider this as a good opportunity.
