USED Fender Custom Shop / 1960 Stratocaster NOS by Jason Smith 2007 [05]

Fender Custom Shop has just received a 1960 Stratocaster made by Jason Smith from their top-of-the-line Master Built series!

This is a 2007 model. The certificate is missing, but Fender has confirmed that it was made in February 2007.

Jason Smith, whose father is Dan Smith, the inventor of the Smith Strat, is the poster child for Fender.

He has been a part of the Fender family since he was a child, and joined Fender when he was growing up.
In 1995, he joined the Custom Shop, where he studied under legendary builder John English for five years before being promoted to Master Builder in 2006.
He is one of the builders with the deepest Fender genes. The guitar we have just received is one of the first pieces produced in the year following his promotion.

This is an empty reproduction of a 1960 Stratocaster with a 2-piece offset alder body, maple neck, slabboard rosewood, and sunburst color painted in three different colors.
The wood grain on the neck and the fingerboard are beautifully crafted. It is evident that Jason put a lot of effort into this guitar when it was still young.

The NOS finish has been well used by the previous owner, and the beauty and power of this guitar is only found in Real Relic guitars, which have the marks of having been played and engraved on them.

The frets are lightly worn, but there is no chattering or chattering, so in order to avoid overall fret wear, we have decided to present the fretboard as it is now.

This is an early piece by Jason, who is now the face of the master builder. Please consider this valuable piece.
