Ergonomic body design
The EHB body design is ergonomically designed to fit the player in perfect balance whether standing or seated.
The horns are shaped to balance the body and neck when played standing and to be easy to hold, while the body curve on the treble string side was designed with particular emphasis on fit and balance when played seated.
The surface of the body has been contoured to create a sloping surface where the elbow meets the body.
In addition, all body edges that come in contact with the body are smooth and rounded.

Slanted body back
The back of the body is boldly cut to become thinner toward the bass strings.
This is designed to enhance the fit when playing while seated and to allow for the angle of the eye when looking at the fingerboard inlays.
In addition, the back of the horn on the treble string side is cut in a scooped shape to facilitate access to the high frets.

Chambered body
The body is chambered to allow the player to feel the sound of the body more sensitively.
By experiencing the vibrations inside the body as they are in a hollow body, the player will be more aware of the "sound" he or she is making.
This also leads to a slight weight reduction.

9pc Panga Panga/Walnut neck w/Graphite reinforcement rods
The 9pcs neck is made of a combination of Panga Panga and Walnut.

Vari-Mid 3-Band EQ w/EQ bypass switch
As the abbreviation of "Variable frequency control for Mid EQ" indicates, this EQ provides flexible mid control.
Normally, a 3-band EQ would be divided into three bands (HIGH/MID/LOW), and the developer would arbitrarily set the focus of the frequency range and control the boost or cut. The Vari-Mid allows the user to set the mid focus as desired.

MR5HS mono rail bridge w/string spacing adjustable saddles
The MR5HS is equipped with the original headless bridge.
Tuning is done by turning the bridge end.
In addition to the original design, Teflon washers are used for easy turning.
The saddle can be moved 1.5mm to the left and right, and the space between strings (pitch between strings) can be set as desired within the movable range.
This allows you to make fine-tuned settings to suit your playing style.

Newly designed headpieces for EHB
Original headpieces are used exclusively for EHB.
Strings can be easily set and released by turning the headpiece with a hexagonal wrench from the back side.
The headpiece is lightweight, robust, and simple in design.

Schaller S-Locks strap pins & Neutrik locking jack
The Schaller S-Locks strap pins allow for one-touch strap attachment and removal.
Neutrik locking jacks are used to securely lock the plugs and provide a stable playing environment.

Finger ramp
Finger ramps provide stable form in any position and help improve playability.
The EHB series comes with a matte black colored wood plate that can be used as a finger ramp.
The shape is specially designed to match the number of strings and scale of each EHB series model.

When removing the attached finger lamps, the paint on the body surface may be damaged.
