Nik Huber Guitars is proud to present the Dolphin II, a high-end model that combines artistry and functionality. This time, the top is made of selected Exceptional Flame Maple for overwhelming beauty and clarity of tone. Mahogany is used for the body and neck to ensure rich mid-low range and sustain.

Furthermore, ebony is lavishly used for the fingerboard, head veneer, knobs, pickup rings, and other parts to achieve both a luxurious appearance and sound response.

The inlays feature the dolphin motif that symbolizes the Dolphin series, and the sparkle of the mother-of-pearl and Avalon add an artistic touch to the entire guitar. The head also features Signature and dolphin inlays, and the design is characterized by attention to detail.

In terms of sound, the brightness of the maple, the warmth of the mahogany, and the hard response of the ebony fingerboard combine to produce a clear yet thick tone. The pickups are German Hauessel Vin + (bridge)/Vin (neck), which have a vintage-like character but also a modern balanced feel. Hardware features Gotoh/Nik Huber 510Z pegs and Stoptail bridge, providing excellent tuning stability and sustain.

In addition, East Indian Rosewood is used for the back plate, showing the thorough attention to detail in incorporating high-grade materials even in parts that cannot be seen. The setup is Elixir 010-046, and the final check was done by Nik Huber himself, making this the ultimate custom guitar.
