A used 1955 Les Paul—limited to 70 units in each of five colors—has just arrived!!
This special model, produced in a limited run in 2025, features five custom colors—each limited to 70 units—and a metallic nitrocellulose lacquer finish. The color-matched speed knobs are replicas of those found on the guitar exhibited at the 1955 NAMM Show.The one-piece mahogany neck features a long neck tenon and a chunky 1950s D-shape neck profile. The Indian rosewood fingerboard has 22 historic narrow/tall frets, a 12-inch fingerboard radius, and aged cellulose nitrate trapezoid inlays.The headstock features a period-accurate “Lower Logo” holly headstock veneer and is equipped with a nylon nut and single-line & single-ring Kluson tuners. The pickups are cream-colored Custom Shop P-90 soapbars, hand-wired with 500k CTS potentiometers and paper-in-oil capacitors.
This guitar has undergone light aging by Murphy Lab. While it’s difficult to distinguish any new scratches, there is ample fret life remaining, and playability is excellent. Additionally, all accessories are included, making it a great choice for collectors.
