PRS’s flagship electric bass model! A Grainger 5-string has just arrived as a pre-owned instrument in excellent condition!

Featuring a mahogany body with a sleek maple top, a maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard, this model showcases a stunning design. While PRS is often strongly associated with guitars, this bass is every bit as visually striking. Based on the included accessories and serial number, it appears to have been manufactured in 2022.
It features original humbucker-style pickups. The preamp uses the standard 3-band EQ, but it has a unique configuration where the active/passive mode for each pickup can be switched via push/pull on the two volume knobs. You might be a bit confused when you first try it out, but it’s actually quite practical and versatile. The sound itself has a round, “modern” character, so it pairs very well with the naturally responsive EQ.

While there are some signs of wear on the parts and a few minor scratches here and there, it’s generally in good condition.
Since the battery compartment was damaged when it arrived, we’ve ordered and installed a genuine manufacturer’s replacement.
