A rare Memphis-made ES-335 has arrived!

This model carries on the tradition of the ES-335—Gibson’s iconic semi-acoustic guitar—while featuring the exceptional craftsmanship unique to the Memphis factory. The Antique Natural finish highlights the beautiful grain of the 3-ply maple/poplar/maple body, exuding the refined and understated presence characteristic of natural finishes.

The center block is crafted from solid maple, delivering the rich, resonant tone and airy quality characteristic of a semi-hollow body while offering excellent sustain and playability. Its versatility is a major appeal, making it suitable for a wide range of genres—from jazz and blues to rock and pop.

The combination of a mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard delivers the warm, signature Gibson tone and smooth playability. The rounded “C” neck profile is easy to grip and provides a comfortable feel even during long playing sessions. Additionally, the pearloid small-block inlays add a touch of classic ES-335-style sophistication.

The traditional hardware configuration—featuring an ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge and a Stop Bar tailpiece—delivers a rich, resonant tone and consistent sound. Furthermore, the inclusion of Grover tuners enhances both practicality and tuning stability.

Weighing approximately 3.82 kg, this well-balanced instrument combines the rich resonance typical of a semi-hollow body guitar with excellent playability. While there is some tarnish and scuffing on the metal parts, it is in relatively good condition for an instrument manufactured about 10 years ago. After purchase, we performed a full setup at our repair center, so there are no issues with playability.
