This particular example is what’s known as an “early model,” featuring a 3-band EQ. It’s believed to have been manufactured between 1980 and 1981. The slightly heavy body—likely made of ash or SEN WOOD—is paired with a jet-black ebony fingerboard, and the 5-piece maple/mahogany through-neck construction exudes an artistic and luxurious feel.There aren’t many models—even among current ones—that feature a “Gain” control in addition to the master volume and tone controls.
With 24 frets and the aforementioned 3-band EQ, you can enjoy a wide range of tones, from warm and fat to sharp, crisp, and bright.

While there are signs of wear from years of use—such as discoloration and dents on various parts—the instrument’s playability remains unaffected.
This is undoubtedly a legendary instrument from a bygone era. Don’t miss out.
