The 2019 Xotic XTC-1 Alder Heavy Aged has arrived!!

This is one of the models from the company’s XTC series, handcrafted in California, USA.
Carefully crafted one by one in a U.S. workshop, with meticulous attention to detail—from the selection of wood to every single component—it’s no exaggeration to say that every single instrument in this series is a true gem.

The model we’ve received, completed in 2019, features an alder body, a roasted flame maple neck, and an Indian rosewood fingerboard.

It features an over-color finish—Dark Lake Placid Blue layered over a sunburst base—which, combined with the heavily aged finish, gives it a commanding presence.

While it can be difficult to assess the wear on this model due to its finish, it is in good overall condition.

It comes with the original hard case (manufactured by SKB), spec sheets (one spec card in English and one sheet in Japanese), the Owner’s Manual, a Magnum Lock, and the PLEK adjustment data sheet manual.
