Fender Custom Shop / Vintage Custom 1962 Stratocaster NOS 3-Color Sunburst is now in stock in used condition!

The 2-piece Alder body with "Flash Coat Lacquer" paint, newly adopted with the introduction of this series, 63 Strat Style "C" shape "Rift-sawn Maple" neck, "Flat-Laminate Maple" fingerboard, and "Flat-Laminate Maple" fingerboard. Flat-laminate maple fingerboard. The fretboard has a 7.25"-9.5" Compound Radius and Medium Vintage 47095 frets, which are slightly thicker than the Vintage frets. The fretboard shape becomes thicker from low to high position, and the flat fingerboard radius provides a comfortable playing feel regardless of the playing style.

The popular "Hand-Wound 62/63 Strat" pickups are mounted on the fretboard, and the fast-rising touch of the pasted maple gives it a "Strat sound".

The "Flash Coat Lacquer" coating mentioned above is not buffed, which is the final finish of the production process, but instead leaves a slight polish scratch. The paint is so thin that you can feel the warmth of the wood when you touch it, and you can enjoy the woody sound with the good texture of the lacquer. The parts are of Closet Classic specification, which reproduces the scratches and dullness.

There are some dents on the lower back of the body, but it does not look like it has been played, and it is in beautiful condition. The PG protection sticker is also still in place.
