Stevie Ray Vaughan—who suddenly unleashed a “Texas Flood” of blues across 1980s America and inspired countless followers, including John Mayer, with his fiery and intense playing—is the inspiration behind this guitar, which recreates that emotional tone that every Stratocaster player dreams of.

An alder body is joined with a thick, oval-shaped neck that offers a solid grip. The pearwood fingerboard features a 12-inch radius and a flat profile, allowing for smooth execution of technical bends. Equipped with three of the renowned “Texas Special” pickups, this guitar lets you fully enjoy the Texas sound—combining a robust, resilient midrange with sparkling highs.

Starting with its most distinctive feature—the left-handed tremolo—the guitar is finished entirely in gold hardware, just like the “Number One” models from his later years. The black pickguard, engraved with “SRV,” exudes an overwhelming presence. To meet modern needs, the frets have been updated to “Narrow Tall,” making this the ultimate signature Stratocaster with further-refined playability.
While the body has some fine scratches, dents, and slight tarnish on the metal parts, the protective film on the pickguard is still intact, and the guitar is in relatively good condition with minimal signs of use.
It has been cleaned, fully adjusted, and had its frets leveled since arrival, so it is ready for use without any issues.
