The Wolfgang USA Edward Van Halen Signature model features Eddie Van Halen’s latest specifications, delivering a classic look and a sound of epic proportions.

Featuring a basswood body with a big-leaf maple top and 5-ply binding, the bolt-on quarter-sawn maple neck—manufactured to Eddie’s precise specifications—is graphite-reinforced and finished with a hand-applied back-satin finish for smooth playability.
The 12-inch/16-inch compound radius ebony fingerboard features 22 vintage stainless steel frets, pearloid (ivory finish) or dot (stealth finish) inlays, and a heel-mounted truss rod adjustment wheel.

The bridge is equipped with a custom-wound Alnico 2 EVH Wolfgang humbucker, while the neck features a newly added custom-wound Alnico 3 EVH Wolfgang humbucker; switching between them is possible via a reverse 3-way toggle switch.The red-button kill switch enables stutter stops like those in “You Really Got Me,” while the EVH high-friction tone pot and EVH “HPU (High-Performance Upgrade)” custom low-friction volume pot allow for the smooth volume control heard in “Cathedral.”

The reliable EVH-branded Floyd Rose Locking Tremolo system ensures precise tuning even during aggressive whammy bar use and delivers infinite sustain. The EVH D-Tuna allows you to switch to Drop-D tuning with simple operation.

There is some rust on the strap buttons, and the body has minor scuffs and some paint wear, but there is no major, noticeable damage, and it is in relatively good condition.
