USED IBANEZ / MC824DS Dark Satin [06]

The MC824 from the Musician series, a classic Ibanez bass model from the 1980s.
While it uses the same wood materials and hardware as the higher-end MC924 model, its passive circuitry provides simple operation and a direct tone.
It features a through-neck construction with a 5-piece maple/walnut/rosewood fingerboard. While the body is listed as mahogany and ash in the catalog from that era, the body wings are made of ash or SEN WOOD.
It is equipped with Super P-5 and Super J-5 pickups, with controls for pickup balancer, master volume, and master tone.

There are numerous dents and scratches on the body. There is a dent at the tip of the headstock, buckle marks, and noticeable dents on the body sides.
There are dents and paint chips on the back of the neck near the 1st and 2nd frets.
