1963 J-45 with adjustable bridge saddle!

The J-45 is a representative model of Gibson acoustic guitars born in 1942.
This model incorporates as much of the 1963 J-45 specs as possible, and is still very popular today.
All solid round-shoulder body with spruce top and mahogany side/back.
Scalloped X bracing and adjustable bridge saddle.
Approximately 43mm nut width, Gibson scale mahogany Neck with rosewood fingerboard.
It also features a thinner Neck thickness grip than the current 60s J-45.
Large pickguard, 2-ring rosette (7ply+3ply), and white ball knob triple Cruson type pegs are used.

The guitar was in a very tired condition, but has been beautifully restored by a well-known guitar workshop!
Repair cracks on the center seam of the body top (stop cracks), add veneer on the back side of the body top to correct cracks on both sides near the end of the fingerboard, repair cracks on the bridge from the 6th string side of the sound hole to the bridge and pickguard side to the bridge, crimp the bridge, re-glue the peeling bracing, re-glue the pickguard. The bridge has been crimped, the bracing has been peeled off and reattached, and the pickguard has been reattached (some distortion remains).
The frets have been fretted and adjusted.

There are many weather checks on the body, paint peeling dents on the lower right side of the front, and other crack marks, scratches, and dents.
There are some weather checks and peeling paint on the head.
On the back of the neck, there is a weather check at the high position on the 6th string side and other small scratches. There is a mark where the nut was probably removed when the frets were changed.
Overall, there are many scratches and signs of use, but it is in good playing condition and can still be played through!

アジャスタブル・ブリッジサドル仕様の1963 J-45！

1942年に産声をあげたギブソン アコースティックギターの代表モデル「J-45」。
こちらは、1963年仕様のJ-45スペックをできる限り取り入れた、今でも根強い人気を誇るモデルです。
オールソリッドのラウンドショルダーボディで、スプルースTop、マホガニーSide/Back。
スキャロップドXブレーシングを施し、アジャスタブルブリッジサドル仕様。
約43mmナット幅、ギブソンスケールのマホガニーNeckにはローズウッド指板を貼っています。
現行の60s J-45よりもNeck厚が薄いグリップになっているのも特徴的です。
ラージピックガード、2Ringロゼッタ(7ply+3ply)、白玉ツマミの3連クルーソンタイプペグを採用。

かなりくたびれた状態でしたが、著名ギター工房によるリペアにより見事に蘇りました！！
Body Topセンターシーム割れ補修(割れ止め)、Body Top指板エンド付近両側クラック補正のため裏側に突板追加、サウンドホール6弦側～ブリッジとピックガード側～ブリッジにクラック有りのため割れ止め補修、ブリッジ圧着、ブレーシング剥がれ再接着、ピックガード浮き再接着(歪みは残っています)などのリペアを施しています。
フレットはフレット交換歴があり、すり合わせにて調整済みです。

ボディには多数のウェザーチェック、正面右下に塗装剥げ打痕、他クラック跡、擦り傷・打痕等ございます。
ヘッドにはウェザーチェックや塗装剥離が見受けられます。
Neck裏には6弦側ハイポジションにウェザーチェック、他細かな傷がございます。恐らくフレット交換の際ナットを取り外した跡があります。
全体的に使用感・傷などが多めですが、プレイコンディションは良好で、まだまだ弾き倒せる1本です！
