OLD K ZILDJIAN, believed to be made in 1972-77, with the stamp of the last generation with the so-called new stamp period.
This is a 20" ride cymbal with a weight of 1932g.
The new stamping period is the newest generation of Old K, so many of these cymbals embody the dark sound that is sought after today.

This is an individual that stands out for its rather large keyhole (about 10mm). (It is about 10mm in diameter.) This keyhole seems to have been created naturally.
This keyhole does not seem to have been created naturally, but rather artificially, and may be the result of a crack being repaired, but we are not certain.
The area around the keyhole is currently clean without any cracks.

The weight is less than 2000g, but it is not extremely thin, so it has a moderate breadth and a clear outline with good control.
The pitch is moderate, not too dark, and there are some bright areas, so it does not give the impression of being too withered, but rather a freshness typical of the news stamp season.

In addition to the aforementioned large keyhole, there are some edge scratches, scuffs, and tape marks, but there is no severe damage and the sound is good. The sound is good, and it can still be used without any problems.

いわゆるニュースタンプ期との最後の世代の刻印を持つ1972-77年製とみられるOLD K ZILDJIAN
こちらは20インチ・1932gのウェイトのライドシンバルです。
ニュースタンプの時期はオールドKの中でも新しい世代の為、現代に求められるダークサウンドを体現している個体も多い世代です。

かなり大き目のキーホールが目立つ個体です。(10mm位あります)
このキーホールは自然にできたという感じではなく人為的な印象もあり、もしかしたらクラックをリペアした痕跡かもしれませんが定かではありません。
現状ホール回りはクラックもなくまずまず綺麗になっています。

2000gを切っておりますがきわめて薄いわけではない為、適度に広がりを持ち、輪郭もはっきりしてコントロール性も良い感じ。
ピッチも適度でダークすぎず、明るい部分もあるため枯れすぎた印象はなく、ニューススタンプの時期らしいフレッシュさも感じられる個体です。

先述の大きいキーホールのほかに、エッジの傷や削れ、テープ痕はございますが、現状激しいダメージはなく、サウンドは良好。まだまだ十分問題なくお使いいただけます。
