This is a 21-fret JB-type 4-string model from Crews Maniac Sound, a trusted name among musicians.

It has a film-applied (material unknown) JB-type body, maple neck, maple fingerboard with Tsubadashi, JJ layout PU (no description), 2Vol/Tone controls, and a Badass II bridge.

The JB type with easy handling and Badass bridge, high playability and immediate tone are appealing.

There is a pickguard hole but the pickguard is missing, pegs have been replaced, and the guitar shows signs of use (scratches and film peeling around the body, scraping/paint peeling around the fingerboard, scratches from slipping and playing, sunken end pins, picking marks, buckle marks, cloudy/rusty metal parts and screws, etc.).
