USED Gibson / 1970s Hummingbird Custom Natural [1973-75/Vintage]

This is a 1970s Gibson Hummingbird Custom with a large head and volute neck.

Gibson acoustic square shoulder representative, spruce top with mahogany sides and back, 3-peice mahogany neck, rose fretboard with 70's specific block inlays, 643mm scale/305mm (12")R/43.0mm nut, tulip button Gibson pegs, pickguard with an impressive hummingbird design, and rich tone.

This model has the atmosphere of a 70's characteristic model, and is finished with a stately look.

A strap pin is attached to the heel of the neck. There are some signs of age (color fading, markers on the top of the serial on the back of the head, minor scratches and scratches around the body, scuffs and scuffs, picking marks, buckle marks, bent pickguard, stickiness on the back of the neck, cloudy/bites on the metal parts, etc.). The hard case is damaged and the frame is peeling.

The guitar has been set up (cleaned, strings replaced, rods adjusted) upon arrival, and the saddle is low. The fret board is high enough to play well, and the truss rod can be tightened or loosened up to +/- 60 degrees.
