This is the TEJB-70 BL, a Fernandez/Barney "TEJ" series bass.

The TEJB-70 BL is a medium scale TEJB-70 bass with a basswood body, Concorde head, maple neck, rosewood fretboard, F.G.I. Tecnology-J PU, and 2Vol/ Tone control. Tone control.

This model is a well balanced medium scale design in the striking TEJ style.

The pots have been replaced x3, the strap pins have been changed to shear type (no hardware on the strap side), and it shows signs of use (dents and paint chips around the body, scuffs and scratches, picking marks, buckle marks, ring marks on the back of the neck, cloudy/bitz/rust on metal parts and screws, and other exterior damage).

The fret board has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, pot replacement, and fret adjustment) upon arrival, the fret board is high enough to play, and the truss rod has been checked to about 1/2 round remaining on the tightening side.
