USED Gibson Custom Shop / 1968 Les Paul Standard VOS Inverness Green [4.05kg / made in 2023 [08]

Special Spec Model 1968 Les Paul Standard VOS Inverness Green by Ishibashi Order.

Based on the sadly discontinued 1968 Les Paul Standard Goldtop Reissue, the body top finish was ordered in Inverness Green, one of the custom colors. The double antique coat gives the guitar a tarnished look that is a perfect match, and the result is a beautiful finish with a pop of retro-American feel, but with a hint of melancholy.

The aforementioned base model has a crown inlay on the head, a rare spec from the first year of reproduction, but this model was ordered with a silkscreen logo. Other specs are the same as the bass model: double-ring pegs, 14-degree head angle, and Authentic '68 Medium C-Shape neck. The pickups are Custom Soapbar P-90 and the capacitor is Black Beauty.

It has a V.O.S. finish with a textured look and a good aging effect.

It has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, and string height adjustment) upon arrival. The fret board is high enough to play well, and the truss rod has been checked to 60 degrees left and right.
