USED Gibson Custom Shop / Roy Orbison ES-335 Ebony [3.91kg / made in 2006-2007 [08]

Roy Orbison-spec 335, known for "Oh Pretty Woman" and the Travelling Wilburys, a masked project by George Harrison and Jeff Lynne.

This is a Gibson Custom Shop Roy Orbison ES-335, made in 2006-2007. Following the "70th Anniversary Roy Orbison ES-335 Ebony", which was produced based on the ES-335 he used before his death to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Roy Orbison's birth, this model has no portrait on the back of the head and is equipped with 2 x 57 Classic PUs, which are excellent for fine tuning and tension balance compensation. The signature print is on the rod cover.

This special model is based on the Ebony/Black ES-335 that can be seen in the legendary "A Black and White Night Live".

It shows some signs of use (scratches, playing scuffs, picking marks, buckle marks, fogging of metal parts and screws, and other exterior damage).

The fret board has been set up (fret adjustment, cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment) upon arrival, and the fret board is high enough for playing.

* The truss rod can be adjusted to ±60° in the tightening and loosening direction.
