USED Gibson USA / SG Special Wine Red [2.91 kg / 2011]

This is a 2011 Gibson USA SG Special featuring dot position marks, a binding-free neck, and open-type pickups.

It features a mahogany body and neck, a rosewood fingerboard, a large pickguard, and is equipped with 490R and 490T pickups (stamped type/no markings), along with a Nashville TOM bridge.

Apart from the absence of neck binding, decal logos, position marks, and pickup covers, this SG Special boasts the same specs as the SG Standard from the same era, and its light weight and excellent playability are major attractions.

Signs of use are visible (two missing metal plates on the tone knobs, paint thinning at the wood joint on the back of the headstock, dents and scratches, scuffs and playing lines, extensive picking marks, tarnish, pitting, and rust on metal parts, etc.).

Set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and fret leveling). The frets are at a height suitable for playing, and the truss rod has been tested up to 60° in both directions and is in good working order.
