This is the MB-5 Deluxe 60, a popular 5-string active bass model from Bottom Wave.

"Bottom Wave" is the original brand of "Ben Corporation," the domestic importer for Fodera and Epiphony. Featuring neck binding and block inlays, an alder body and rosewood fingerboard, and a 60s-style design with meticulous attention to pickup placement.Controls include dual-knob Volume/Tone, a Balancer, Bass, Treble, and an Active/Passive Switch, along with Aero Custom single-coil pickups and a Bottom Wave preamp (18V).

With a 19mm string spacing, this 5-string model offers a seamless transition for players switching from a 4-string. It boasts a wide range of sound variations, a comfortable fit, and excellent playability.

The strap pins have been changed to Schaller-type (no strap hardware on the strap side). There are signs of use (sun fading, minor scratches and scuffs, scuffs and wipe marks, picking marks, tarnish, pitting, and rust on metal parts, etc.).

Set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, neck straightening, and fret leveling). The frets are at a height suitable for playing, and the truss rod has been tested to 60 degrees in both directions with no issues.
