This is the OCDP snare drum that took the world by storm

This is an Orange County snare drum that was hugely popular in the early 2000s.
Back then, it was a custom drum made in the USA with a thick maple shell that produced a powerful, punchy sound
and took the world by storm as a custom drum.

This particular model has no vent holes and features a thick 20-ply maple shell.
It’s a snare with a pleasant, straight-forward, punchy sound that cuts through the mix.
The hoops are die-cast, and the snare wires are made by Trick.

The lugs may have been replaced at a later date, and the finish is a covering.
There are signs of general wear, such as pitting on the hoops and rust on the bolts, as well as minor cracks in the covering; however, the shell itself is in good condition, the sound is excellent, and it is still in good working order.
