ますます広がる名声とファン層を受けて、マーティンはジョン・メイヤーと再びコラボレーションし、彼の名を冠した2本目のシグネチャーモデルを制作。
このモデルは、初代 OM-28JM Limited Edition の特徴を多く受け継ぎつつ、より手頃な価格で広く入手可能になるよう設計されており、人気の Martin 000-28EC Eric Clapton モデルの伝統を受け継いでいます。
洗練されたオーケストラ・モデルのこのギターは、多様な現代音楽スタイルに対応できる優れた汎用性を備えています。
Made in USA、ナザレス工場製
オールソリッドの000(トリプルオー)ボディは、Topにアバロンロゼッタ、ヘリンボーントリム及びアンティークトナーを纏ったイングルマン・スプルースを、Side/Backにはインディアン・ローズウッドを使用。
TopにはスキャロップドXブレーシングを施し、エボニーブリッジを装着。
ナット幅1-11/16''(約42.8mm)、25.4"ロングスケールのセレクトハードウッドNeckには、最終フレットにシグネチャーを纏ったエボニー指板を貼っています。
ヘッドにはオープンバックペグを装備。
ボディとヘッドトップはグロスフィニッシュで、Neck裏はサテンフィニッシュ。
* 後付けのアンダーサドルのアクティブピックアップが搭載されています。(コントロール類はなし)
入荷後、クリーニング、トラスロッド調整、弦交換済み。
トラスロッドは左右60度まで確認済みにて問題なく、フレットは充分残っています。
細かな擦り傷等はございますが、使用感が少なく、とてもきれいな状態で、プレイアビリティも良好です。
とにかくレスポンスが秀逸で、サスティーンの臨場感も素晴らしい！
ダイナミクスにも優れ、この1本で壮大な世界観を演出できそうです！

A used 2026 Martin OMJM has just arrived!
Signature Artist Editions Series
In response to his ever-growing fame and fan base, Martin has once again collaborated with John Mayer to create his second signature model.
While inheriting many of the features of the original OM-28JM Limited Edition, this model is designed to be more widely available at a more affordable price, carrying on the tradition of the popular Martin 000-28EC Eric Clapton model.
This refined orchestra-style guitar offers exceptional versatility, making it suitable for a wide range of contemporary musical styles.
Made in the USA at the Nazareth factory
The all-solid 000 (Triple-O) body features Ingleman spruce for the top, adorned with an abalone rosette, herringbone trim, and an antique toner finish, while the sides and back are crafted from Indian rosewood.
The top features scalloped X-bracing and an ebony bridge.
The select hardwood neck, with a nut width of 1-11/16" (approx. 42.8 mm) and a 25.4" long scale, features an ebony fingerboard with a signature on the top fret.
The headstock is equipped with open-back tuning pegs.
The body and headstock top have a gloss finish, while the back of the neck has a satin finish.
* Equipped with a retrofitted active under-saddle pickup. (No controls)
Since arrival, it has been cleaned, the truss rod adjusted, and the strings replaced.
The truss rod has been tested to 60 degrees in both directions with no issues, and there is ample fret life remaining.
While there are some minor scratches, it shows very little wear and is in excellent condition, with excellent playability.
Above all, the response is outstanding, and the realism of the sustain is simply amazing!
It also offers excellent dynamics, and this single guitar seems capable of creating a truly epic soundscape!
