Featuring a medium scale, the ZJB-M1R is a high-spec, standard JB-style model from Cool Z.

This Made in Japan model is from Cool Z, an original brand of a music store with a rich history. It features an alder body, hard maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, a 406mm (812mm) medium scale, a circle fretting system, JBD-1 and JBD-2 pickups, GOTOH FB-3/N tuners, and a JB700 bridge.

This is a practical, well-crafted guitar in the classic medium-scale JB style, featuring the Circle Fretting System for stable intonation. It’s easy to handle and highly recommended for beginners.

Signs of use are visible (including minor scratches, scuffs, wear marks, wipe marks, picking marks, picking marks on the pickup bobbins, and tarnish, pitting, or rust on metal parts and screws, etc.).

It was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, fret leveling, and nut groove correction). While the fret tops are slightly lower due to leveling, they are still at a height suitable for playing. The truss rod has been checked up to 60° in both directions and is in good condition (slightly tight).
