This model recreates the circuitry of the legendary JCM-800—widely regarded as one of the definitive amplifiers for guitar sound—while further refining its usability and other features.

The rear slide switch lets you achieve a high-gain sound reminiscent of a “boost mod.”

Equipped with low-noise, high-reliability vacuum tubes.

A 9V DC power supply is internally stepped up to 150V to power the tubes.

Its unique circuit design fully brings out the tube’s natural character.

GAIN: Adjusts the amount of distortion.
TREBLE: Adjusts high, mid, and low frequencies.
MIDDLE: Faithfully reproduces the amp’s behavior.
BASS: The bass is roughly at its maximum at the 12 o’clock position; beyond that, only the ultra-low frequencies are boosted.
For this reason, setting the control to 12 o’clock or below is generally recommended for achieving a better balance.
VOLUME: Adjusts the volume.
INPUT: Input impedance 1 MΩ
OUTPUT: Output impedance 100 Ω
FootSW: The LED turns off when the pedal is off.
In this state, the unit operates in true bypass mode.
TUBE: The unit is equipped with a 12AX7 (ECC83) vacuum tube.
It is equipped with internal DIP switches.

*Be sure to turn off the power before opening the unit.
Setting the DIP switch to the "Boost" position significantly boosts the gain.
Since the GAIN control includes a high-pass filter, you can achieve quite different sounds depending on whether you set the GAIN high in "Normal" mode or low in "Boost" mode.

The operating voltage of the vacuum tube is 150V.
To avoid electric shock, be sure to turn off the power (and unplug the DC power cord) before opening the bottom panel.
