USED Ibanez / PM2 Antique Amber / Pat Metheny Signature [2.87 kg / Manufactured in 2014]

This is the PM2, a signature model by jazz legend Pat Metheny, which was part of the Ibanez lineup from 2013 to 2020. It was manufactured in 2014 (Made in China).

Featuring a full-hollow body with a maximum thickness of 4 1/4 inches, it has a maple top, sides, and back; a PM-shaped three-piece maple/mahogany neck; an ebony fingerboard; and is equipped with a Silent 58 pickup. It also features an ART-1 bridge with a wood base and a PM tailpiece, along with gold hardware.

This guitar’s appeal lies in its rich, jazzy acoustic sound, produced by a large body that rivals that of higher-end models.

Signs of use (such as minor scratches, scuffs, wear marks, wipe marks, picking marks, and discoloration, tarnish, or pitting on metal parts and screws) are visible.

It was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, and action adjustment); the frets are at a height suitable for playing, and the truss rod has been checked to ensure it moves smoothly up to 60° in both directions and is in good condition (slightly tight).

Condition Grade: B+: Some minor scratches are present, but the instrument is in good condition for normal use.
