A model with an oak shell from the era when it was made in Japan
Features an exceptionally thick 8-ply solid oak shell construction.
Its powerful sound, characterized by high volume and deep bass, makes a striking impression in musical genres that require high volume, such as hard rock and heavy metal.

The top and bottom hoops have been replaced with Yamaha wood hoops (black), giving the drum a slightly milder attack.

There are minor scratches, stains, and pen markings on the inside of the shell, but otherwise, there is no significant damage, and it is in good condition.
This is a Yamaha snare drum from the now-rare era of Japanese manufacturing.
