USED Gibson / J-45 Standard Vintage Sunburst [2017]

This Gibson J-45 Standard, manufactured in 2017, is also an outstanding electro-acoustic guitar.

The J-45—often considered the epitome of round-shouldered acoustics—has been cherished by many artists since its debut in 1942. It features a Sitka spruce top, mahogany sides and back, a mahogany neck, a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, Grover tuners, and an L.R. Baggs Element VTC pickup system.

This guitar embodies the classic J-45 sound—a blend of delicacy and power—and is also exceptional as an electro-acoustic guitar that delivers an authentic sound.

There are signs of wear (including a dent on the lower back of the body, minor scratches and scuffs, wear marks and playing lines, picking marks, a ring mark on the back of the neck, and tarnish or pitting on metal parts and screws, among other cosmetic damage). One of the hard case hardware pieces is broken.

Set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, saddle height adjustment). The fret tops are at a height that poses no problem for playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted in both tightening and loosening directions; operation has been confirmed up to ±60°.
