This is the Maurice All-Solid Cutaway Electro-Acoustic Guitar, the Handmade Premium S-106 III.

A standard model featuring a Florentine cutaway and a Classical Auditorium body with a deep round back.It features a solid spruce top, Indian rosewood sides and back, scalloped XX bracing on the top and X bracing on the back, a mahogany neck, an ebony fingerboard and bridge, Graph Tech/TUSQ nut, saddle, and bridge pins, and is equipped with a B-BAND/UST-25R & B-BAND/A1.2M pickup system and an end-pin jack.

Morris, renowned for its solo guitars, is a “Made in Japan” instrument. This model features an easy-to-hold auditorium body with a cutaway, offering excellent playability, a rich resonance, and a lustrous tone.

Although there are some signs of use (such as scuffs and wipe marks), it is in good condition.

It was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, and action adjustment); the frets are at a height that poses no problem for playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted in both directions and has been tested to operate up to ±60°.
