USED Fender Japan / TL52-TX VNT [3.43 kg / Manufactured in 2013]

A Fender Japan '52 Telecaster featuring GOTOH locking tuners, a GOTOH “In-Tune” saddle bridge, and a jack socket that has replaced the original jack.

The TL52-TX, manufactured in 2013, features flathead screws and a black pickguard for a 1952-style finish. It has an ash body, a one-piece maple neck, an 184R fingerboard, button-style string guides, a 5-point pickguard, dome-shaped knobs, and is equipped with Texas Special pickups.

This guitar is characterized by its distinctive tone, resulting from the combination of the crisp character of the ash and maple construction and the forward-sounding Texas Special pickups.

Signs of use are visible (scratches on the lower part of the body, paint chips, minor scratches and scuffs, wear marks and wipe marks, picking marks, buckle marks, tarnish, pitting, and rust on metal parts, etc.).

It was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and fret leveling). The originally slim fret tops have been leveled to a lower height but remain at a level that poses no issues for playing. The truss rod can be adjusted both clockwise and counterclockwise, and its operation has been confirmed up to ±60°.
