USED YAMAHA / SR400S NT [3.84kg / 1977]

This is a Yamaha ST-type SR series SR400S with Rose fretboard/small head/button string guide specs as seen in the 1980-81 catalog.

It has a Sen body, maple neck, Rose fretboard, single bobbin R-IIIx3 PU, Vol/2Tone/3Way selector, and 1-ply pickguard.

Missing arm and back panel, refinished back of neck, soft case is non-original (no strap). It shows signs of use (color fading, logo peeling on the head, scratches/paint chips on the outside of the body, scuffing and playing marks, picking marks, buckle marks, peg play/rattle, cloudy/bitz/rust on metal parts and screws, and other exterior damage).

The fretboard has been set up (cleaning, string change, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment) when it was first received. The fretboard is originally low, but there is no problem with the height, and the truss rod can be tightened or loosened up to ±60°.
